Payment page won't work

I'm trying to pay for subscription to the server but every time I try it says "An unexpected error has occurred, please try again later" on the page. How am I meant to pay for it?

Mine worked fine few days ago and this is how I did it:
1. Buy crystals, amount depending how many months you want.
2. move to the subsricption page and use crystals to buy sub.

Did the trick for me, if still wont work its probably something at their end.

ive just bought some crystals but it still wont let me access the page, it was like this last night also. im trying to access it from the link where you try to enter the server in game. is there another way i can access it where it will work?

Can you try clearing your cache and cookies and see if that helps?
If not can you tell us what browser your using, and if you have any browser addons etc?
Have you tried opening the page with a different browser etc?

Are you sure you are logged in the website ?
There is an error page instead of the subscription page when someone is not signed in.
