Wenn ich mich einloggen will heißt es " Benutzername oder Passwort falsch ?

Wenn ich dann das Passwort zurück setzten will heißt es " Ungültige e-mail Adresse "

Wenn ich ein Support Ticket schreiben will komm ich erst gar nicht dahin.... " Fehler 403 "

Und jetzt ??????
Steh ich da...... keinen Ansprechpartner, niemand wo mir helfen kann.
