Characters are missing

Ok, i just logged on my account, and when i go on the Newfrontier server (f2p) i got my character ( which is ok) the problem is that
on the p2p server, were i play, i don't have any, they are all gone, im just getting sent to the creation screen, i waited a bit because i thought it could be a matter of time, but nothing happened. I don't know why but only my p2p characters are gone. ?(
