Craft will not progress

I’m a lvl 25 weapons smith and before you ask I am using the proper tools for the lvl and craft however I seem to be stuck at 36% and for the last two days I have not been able to progress any further. I am crafting the highest lvl item on the list but still nothing. When I popped over to a far less used alt it was the same thing.

Are other people having the same problem or is it just me?
