Trading purple Carnifex for orange Pieces with Goblinbanker still possible?

Is it still possible to do so? And will it be "forever" or is there a "deadline"...? I have read somehwere that some players could no longer trade lower quaility items for pieces of higher quality (maybe that was for mount, but im not sure so i ask here!)

Sorry, I was awaiting an answer.

I was told for things like the Carnifex its usually available for 2 weeks after the sale, but because there has been requests for it to stay open it has been reactivated for a week or 2.
