and you get it direct on lvl 2 and there is the speed 15,3

maybe the dragon that u mean is the old version to buy on some servers befor the merg happend

There is 2 versions of dragon mounts :
The first one (we never had it) was found in boxes.
The second one, is the prophetic cards version, and it's a better version than the box one

I mean with this new prophetic crystal exchange rate will never go down... Its already 76g... I was hoping ... That there would be no more sale or prophetic

P.S. Not rly angry or anything but still would have been nice to let the exchange rate cool down a little let it go back to 60-65....

Will there ever be another way to obtain the Engineer outfit from this cards in the future?

I just hit 60 and am so overwhelmed with upgrade cost, etc that Ill never be able to mess with these now.

as for saving gold: once a year there used to be 1 event where you could trade gold aniversary coins for class-costumes
i have almost all of them only from the boxes

but it might take some time until this event comes again

The lowest amount of crystal chips you can win is now 12.
1 (which was the previous lowest amount) x 12 = 12.
Therefore, yes...Yes they have been adjusted.

Unfortunately, I think one prophetic card event I was able to make a level 9 rune from, this time I only got around 10,000 CCs which is like a level 6 or something now.
So it seems like they've severely dropped the amount of CCs you get.
Or maybe just runes are THAT MUCH more expensive now...

I don't mind waiting if I know for sure it(tier3 Engineer costume) will be available some other means later on...

I just think its lame that the only way to get my OWN class costume is to open boxes like everybody else...I mean, I've even seen a stupid Elf Mage wearing MY Engineer costume lol!

Anyways, sorry for rant. I guess I will wait for this event and trade Anniversary coins for it later on.
