Not able to install Allods or any MY.com game

I do NOT have any virus or security program running on my computer. the MY.com shell will NOT download the installation package for any MY.com game. I have checked all security settings and have opened up the MY.com shell as administrator. I dont know what else to do at this point. I have already submitted a ticket. any serious advice is welcome.
