I decided to come back to game.

I assume that after fixed period characters on the account are being deleted and there is no way to restore them?

Nah, they're in the database somewhere in the intertubes.
They'll fix ya up if you send in a ticket to them I believe.

Edit: and seeing as how I always seem to forget where the support tickets go and I think it's in a REALLY stupid spot (it should be on every single forum page you visit as well to make it very visible) I brought you the link, because I'm awesome like that.
