Are Cash shop Top ups safe in this website?

Hey guys, I was wondering (nothing serious but) are Topping up from this site has https: labelled on here? I really wanted to buy some cash stuff online so I don't have to worry about my card being hacked.

Hi,
I mainly use PayPal to top up and that is pretty safe. I am not too sure about the other methods thought.
