Action Bars

How can I add extra Action Bars to the one in the bottom centre of the screen. I don't see anything in Options?

Maybe you have an addon that locks the action bars?

yes im using AOandLocker but i alrdy tried to diasable it and nothing happened. I still cant remove spells from it :/
