Sever Lag (rune upgradeing)

Hello my name is Captino
i was upgradeing my runes and right when the server lagged abit i just use 2 level 7s to make a level 8 and after it had it's lag it used 2 8s and made a level 9 rune as it done that i now have 999 907 in my runes and i just wanted to know if maybe you can help me out and take the 9 back and give me 2 8s plz let me know soon

To be fair...I really wish there was a rune disassembling item.
(All items would be bound [runes/crystal chips/gold dust], but you could dismantle runes to lower levels)
