trying to be a Caster Healer, and im looking for opinions on this build. Im thinking there are some rubies that i should grab from the second grid, but im not sure. Any talents or rubies that i should look at? any i should remove? First time playing a healer, so im looking for help with my build lol

EDIT: Changed my build, moved some rubies around

well, this IS a caster build, not a healer build so it shouldnt matter if i have potencty and perpetual healing. Its not my job to heal, its my job to deal damage. Perpetual is there simply so i have access to a heal. If i do have to heal, im gonna drop aura. More likely than not, if i get a group its gonna have someone who can provide aura, thats a solo thing
