Connection could not be established?

Is anyone else suddenly having problems logging in? Everything was fine until about 10 minutes ago (I was able to log in, play, and there wasn't even a lot of lag) but now when I try to login I get a "Connection broken: connection could not be established" message. My progressive download is complete and i am running the client from the bin folder with admin rights. Is something going on or am I doing something wrong? x_x
