summy build questions

Hello ... id like to get i bit of help or my summy build .. dps

desecration ... dark gift ... blood ties ... i can take only one of these .. which one ? ... i know 1 is dmg 2 and for mana ... but for me mana is a bit trouble

and about stats .... still i should go for determination instead of profinency ? ... even after change
and what about bloodlust ... not worth at all ?
