Anniversary gifts

Greetings there, I am level 31 psionicist from League , and I received this cool anniversary gift from Allods. Problem is that my girlfriend , who is level 28, did not receive anything. She did not played lately due college but why didn't she received any reward ?

Oh nooooo. I wish she received it and not me. She is crazy about costumes, not me :/

is the costume bind? i remembered that its not bound, only when equiped. so u can still give your GF :)
