about this build

well ... what is this build for ? a pvp or pve ?
any way ... you missed the vigor and luck and the deter rubies @: you put the intensive training buff which it gives 12 energy each 8 seconds thats like 6 energy for 4 seconds ,yet you left the rapid heart beat rubies away ... , since you have the arrow to be enchanted instantly no need for the quick recharge ranging fire on level 2 is a waste of status point , and the finishing shot rubies are too when you get 8 stacks on a target you get 24% extra damage that's better that using the finishing shot , onslaught is a very usefull talent you should put in in your build for the cheater i guess you should go for level 2 it gives the bolt buff , mean tricks to level 3 but you keep the supernatural speed in level 2 and leave the sambo roll in 0 :\ , for the recoil and the somesalut if you need the stun time just go for the recoil level 3 if you need the cool down go for the somersalut level 2
its a really weird build that's what i think

I would go for something like this. Decent build for pve but works nicely in group pvp (bgs) too, if u keep ur dinstances.

Accumulated heat - only if u have spare rubies, doesnt affect dps much
Supernatural speed- only affects damaged, since its ranged build i dont recomend it, so keep speed of the damned r1
Rapid heart beat- is a must
Onslaught- very usefull, lowers cds + kiting advantage
Precision shot r1- usefull to imobilise enemies
