Is there an up-to-date Talent Calculator in English or German out there?

no english or supported languages out as of yet but this the most up to date RU calculator it also is helpful to plan for those who don't own all CS items or have all the raids done as you can choose how many you have total. https://alloder.pro/calc

As a note, you can use Chrome to translate the page and it will give you a reasonably good idea of what everything is.

Clear mods.txt
Run addon DumpSkills.
Save copy of the mods.txt for us. Rename file to class name.
Repeat for every class.
Send to us all created mods.txt copies (in this topic for example).

nice that you wanna do that! You forgot to mention, that you need to type in "/dumpSkills" in order to get the dump into the mods.txt file

Attached to this post you will find the english dumps from every class. I used the class property value as filename.
If you can (or want to) translate the calculator in other languages I would gladly provide you the german ones aswell

Really nice to see alloder.pro staff actually thought to care about International version players. Sometimes it feels like the game doesn't even exist outside of Russia

How are they going to do that when 8.0.2 hasn't even been released in English? The best you can do is a machine translation until the actual proper translation is done and in-game, which you can already do right now.

He's just trolling you, coz he moved to Нить Судьбы some time ago, and he probably meant that it's Russian version that requires an update, which has already been made (at least for Scouts for what I know).

nope, not yet. But i am on russian server anyway, but looks like translation is very good with google chrome, so not big deal. Idc that much, but would be nice to have translations, cuz some other eu players are on russian p2p...

Everything is pretty same, but scout. So... Translation for some rubies for example like brutality rubies on summy could be taken from some other classes...
