actually its otherwise, there are more than enough players ingame so you wont get replys here
every day i read a few "new player looking for guild" or something worldshouts
if you get no response as you wrote, try to get max level first and "get into the game"

ppl often do not want to "waste" time on players which might quit a few days later - which is understandable
thats one of the reasons i prefer social interaction on the forum as potentially EVERY new player can read here and profit

if you are still leveling look out for astral 23-51 parties and 51-69, there are often players which want rookies

Just write zone/world: looking for Guild, i invite u when i see that. We have active guild
