You need to have 500 Swiftness, and with 500 Swiftness the rotation is rather simple: Steel Rose x2, Assassination Attempt, Shady Strike. Use Cobra Dash and Recoil to keep Optical Illusion up, rotate Swingout and Smoke cloud to reduce incoming damage, use Will to Live and Deceiver of Death to Mitigate.
