and about those guides i think you can search on google and you will be able to find guides for pretty much everything you mention, specially for raid instances you can also check videos and surely you will learn about it too they work like guides too.

actually a lot of those instances/quest/zones etc remain unchanged, or virtually identitcal to its previous patches. the problem is all that content remained on gpotatos forum which was closed or redirected to the migration page.

While it might all be out on Google somewhere, I say consolidation in the official forums is a good thing.
As well as text/pictures you can scroll through as you go, instead of trying to find the right spot in a video to skip to.
