Cannot Top Up Account

Wondering if anyone else has been having a similar problem. I cannot seem to Top Up my account from the Allods website. I've been trying for a couple of days now and it always gets to the point where it says "Please wait, sending data to server" and just sits there, indefinitely. No errors, nothing.
I have tried resetting my connections, rebooting, trying a different browser, and even a different device entirely, but no difference, leading me to think it's something on the My.com side.
I have purchased before with no problems.

Is anyone else having issues topping up? ?(

Now I'm missing out on the bonus stuff because of this. I can also confirm it has the same problem buying via the manual top up page or the bundles.
