Demonologist weapons question

So i play a demo, i do use a 2h weap or parried weaps, anyway i mean 2h weaps in general.
Now my question is, can a demo get same benefit from a 1h weap + off hand (lamp) thing?

not for melee dmg. Always use 2h wep for melee dmg.

seems there is no difference between dual 1h weap and 2h weap atm, same dps for both. but thx for ur reply

dual 1h is no the same as 1h + off hand.
