- use normal launcher
\Allods Online\bin\Launcher.exe

Looks like Windows 10, I wouldn't recommend trying to install DirectX 9. Maybe look for updates. Would look for GPU driver updates as well. I also recommend the AO launcher, as I don't use my.com for Allods.

- try update direct x
- try normal launcher

normal launcher path =

\Allods Online\bin\Launcher.exe

but the one image you posted seems like you already gave that a try

you have laptop or normal PC?
if you have laptop make sure you use dedicated graphics card, not "integrated"

go graphic card settings
change to use graphics card, not integrated graphics
