I made a mistake

Hey everyone I was
upgrading my equipment
and I accidentally made the wrong one

as you can see in the picture I wanted to make the blue pants
but I made the same armor again and wasted 65k gold and 1k shards
some players said they can fix the problem if made a screenshot and
send ticket to support team
is that really true?
can they help restore what I accidentally lost ? :(

cause I had internet issue and the got frozen
