Cryatal Exchange problem

I wanted to try my luck about this fair of free traders thing
so they said I need a 20 premium crystals to get the ticket
when I decided to exchange a 20 crystals into 20 premium crystals
it didn't allow me to do it I don't know whats the problem
either its a bug in the game or allods team don't want us
to enjoy the game and decided to make every event for the
purchasers players only while other can just stand and watch
you see I cant press the accept button they turned off on purpose
cause they want us to pay money or waste our entire gold

yes

go purch bc by gold, then premium cristals by blue cristals, the more you open, the more valuable items you can get

Well... They modified the Purple crystals to be mostly cheaper or the same as the blue ones, if you were to ask were there any real discounts on stuff prices at the boutique or is it just a lame scheme that my.com plotted ? I'll say yes, as far as I can remember most of the stuff got lower prices in both BC and PC except for few things got higher in both, but PC is still cheaper than BC, for example: the Astral megaphones previously they were 10 bc and 10 pc, now they're 12 pc and 20 bc but you can only exchange BC to PC in multiplier of 13 (talk about bad luck :P).
