and do you really think that mycom will do anything about this ?
even if you submit ticket with 100% proof you'll get some sort of what:
" After our review of this information, we may institute reprimands such as written or verbal warnings, as well as additional account service changes up to or including account suspensions of temporary or permanent nature."
and there's a "may" which will lead to the fact they will do absolutely nothing.
