Problems with receiving premium crystals

I've put cash several times since 20/6 with the bonus event and so far none of my bonus comes to my account. Anyone having the same problem?

I already sent a ticket asking for help for the support, but it seems that nobody wants to solve the problem.

As a consumer I am feeling unmotivated and impaired by these recent events, and my.com is losing credibility, leaving issues of this nature to affect our experience.

hi your issuse is only 6d, avangarde problem solving taking them up to
2weeks-1months if it's single problem
1-2months if it's mass problem
1-2y if it's bug problem or feedback

notice this game have less then 1k players in eu, so thers low numbers of support members, same not evry support play this game
