Unloaded textures and effects

Since installing the 16.0 update, almost all effects have disappeared. This includes textures and character movements. For example, all mounts appear as green horses, characters remain in the T-pose, and no clothing is visible. Is there a solution to this? I've deleted and reinstalled it multiple times.

Hello there!

I think you´re not the only one with that issue :pinch: Did you try to verify and fix client files.
Otherwise maybe write a Ticket and see what the support Team has to say if there´s a way to fix it if not by them!
