I'm not banned or smth like that but really people are banned for using exchange mechanics...well remove it...make it even more p2w...

like it solved anything exchange rate is almost same as before now...no point...ban all ppl from server and you will fix problem


I would gladly quit this game in this moment if I find something good to play just to i don't get bored...

Just one suggestion to w/e management team is : you guys should really check other servers cuz as i believe lagspike issue was on every server under Gpotato's authority. Especially turkish one, most of the players had alot of gold there, just couldn't convert instantly on low rate cuz they were merged in 2 weeks after
Like what i see now is some heavy cs users being banned randomly and exploiters are still wandering around laughing at you.

So let me get this straight. My account was banned because I exchanged my LEGIT 30k Crystals into Gold when the rate was ~60g/c and then turned it back in when the rate dropped at ~25g/c? So that means that it was forbidden for me to exchange currency anymore because the rate dropped down? Then tell me what should I’ve done to change my gold back into crystals just because I pleased so? Should I’ve contacted you and ask to raise the exchange rate back in order for me to do this?
If that’s so, I have one serious question for you: what’s wrong with you people? That’s the whole point of the exchanging feature, to exchange crystals into gold or vice versa no matter how low/high the exchange rate is. That means that I (or anyone else) can exchange my currency over and over again as many times as I please and there’s nothing in your terms forbidding that.
Judging by your point of view, I guess you should ban all the players on this server because everyone exchange more or less currency during the time at different rates.

Now, let’s talk about your statement.

Of course it changed over the course of time because that’s how this feature works. It changes according to how much Gold or how many Crystals players choose to exchange. Also, failure in fixing that Trade Route exploit everyone was complaining about lead to the point when the exchange rate even overcomed 100g/c on NA server. It’s true that Webzen was in charge of the game at that point and can’t blame you for that. I also want to say that I never abused that exploit. In fact, I haven’t done Trade Route in several months (I’m pretty sure that you can review the logs to check this too).

I thought that the old team did that and banned all the exploiters. Or at least that’s what they told us.

I’m sorry but what „Gold exploit bug” are you talking about? Are you reffering to the Trade Route exploit or to your own faulty implemented exchange feature?

Sorry to tell you this but you were kind of slow. You should’ve done something about the rate as soon as you got in charge of our merged servers.

As I said before, you should ban almost everyone on this server because all of them used this currency exchange feature at different rates at some point. So it’s wrong that I sold Crystals at high rate and then bought at low rate? But what if someone did the opposite (selling Crystals at low rate and then buying at high rate)? It’s true that they would lose currency but they would still abuse this „Gold exploit bug” as you stated it so they deserve to be banned as well. Or what about someone selling and buying Crystals over and over again for the same amount of gold? Would that person be banned as well for dumping currency? Rules (even if there’s no rule in this case) should be implemented on both ways.

So I’ll be asking this again. Which one of my actions was wrong? Selling Crystals at a high rate, buying Crystals at a low rate or both? And if any of this was wrong how should I’ve proceeded in order to „legitimately” do any of that because I think I’m entitled to use the exchange currency feature like any other player, right? Me or any other person should not be made responsible for using an allowed feature that has no limitations in your terms of using it. Let’s say I go somewhere and exchange Euros into Dollars and then Dollars back into Euros over and over again. Nobody will ever stop me from doing it because there’s nothing wrong about it. They set their own prices as your in-game exachange feature does as well.

You shouldn’t blame and punish players for your own mistakes and failures. I’m pretty sure you think you did the right thing but in fact it’s wrong.

It's because the increased exchange rate is only a consequence of higher gold gain in 5.0. Just like I said in another thread about that sometime ago. You got a real proof now with the so-called "exploiters" banned.

This happened in Sihal/NA server where the new company Agreement did not have ANY effect.
I sold 2179 gpots/crystals for gold, i didn't buy gpots/crystals with gold.

I have more replies from them that made me LOL but I will wait with those for now. But I assure you, it is very funny what they said, I laughed.
They banned me for something different not for selling but for...(Screen shots coming soon)

They are basically saying that I could not possibly Click Accept the exchange rate then click Exchange (which are approximately 1 inch apart this quick) LOL

So, recap, I was banned for exchanging my gpots/crystals to quick. Which is now "under investigation" as well.

PS Under old or new company it doesn't really matter, their basically telling me here that i was OK to exchange gpots/crystals for gold just "not this quick" LOL

Also just about every day at the TR bug, me MCwhite and many more people were sitting in the YT looking at the exchange rate go up, and /world about it lol.

LIKE I SAID IT WAS ON NA NOT UNDER THE NEW COMPANY WHERE I TRADED MY GPOTS FOR GOLD.
Hopping the caps can help you read this more clearly.
I can put them in Bold letters too let me know.
And their REASON clearly states it was done IN SIHAL server, which wax NOT under the new company YET.
