I never heard about that since my.com is the new publisher (about 2 month and a half now).

Hello, when I opened the boutique for the first time it said so and even now it still keeps displaying : bonus, when you top up your account for the first time.
So I suppose this isn't something normal then?

It is only for new account, maybe that's why i can't see this offer.

It may be something left from the russian version of the game. This the russian article about that :

As far as i know, we don't have this in our version, for the moment .

Let us know what happen, we will also inform our Allods CM about that.
