Bugged textures

I noticed for a while now that some textures are very ugly and blury like its set on Low. I got my textures set on highest "Unlimited".
This issue gets fixed when I lower textures to Low and then back to Unlimited. I need to do this every time I leave the game.
So please fix this, its annoying =p

Hello Guza,

Do you have the needed system requirements to play the game on highest quality ?
Do you have the newest graphic card driver update ?
Are there any more information when this problem exactly happens ?
Could you maybe make a screenshot of the problem ?

I should have the system requirements, Intel 3.3GHz Dual Core, Gforce GTX 560 1GB vram Overclocked, 4gb system ram, Win7 64bit.
Yes I got the latest nvidia drivers, installing new drivers didnt help.
Problem I think started happening when I installed patch 5.0 months ago, and it happens anywhere even in zones where there is no one.
I know that game sometimes doesnt load best textures right away but some of the textures never loads to full quaility. Unless I reduce textures to Low and then back to Unlimited.
I will post screenshots as soon as the maintenance is over.

Here is one example of crappy textures on some of the world objects:
First screenshot is when I login the game and textures are set at "Unlimited", wood texture.

And now when i lower the settings to Low and then back up at unlimited:

But most noticeable difference is in characters.
Again first screenshot is when I login to the game:

pay attention to the npc close to the camera.

And now when i change the settings to Low and then back to Unlimited:

Even characters that are far look much better.

This is not only the issue with npcs, its also with creatures/mobs and real players. Even when u get close textures are blur like its on Low settings.
But once I put them on Low and then back up on Unlimited all the textures in all zones look like it should be and it stays like that until i leave the game.
