Problem in the game, pls help

you see, my problem is this, when you open the window so I get the game, no colors, no textures nothing, everything looks gray and black. however I see special effects like fire candles editor.

Hmm that's weird,I never experienced a problem like that but may be you need to lower game graphics or may be your internet isn't receiving the data fast enough.May be it has something to do with antivirus vs connection sometimes.

Does it happen to full desktop or just the game?
1] if full desktop then you might want to check the VGA connection cable if its attached properly

2] You can update the drivers and check

Never happened to me so above are the only 2 solutions I can recommend.
