Remake the rune (cc,dust) tables for all lvls

Hi,
With current price of CC

The optimization part of checking cc vs dust price is gone (after cc cost >137 g no optimization is valid)

Everytime the cost is minimum when u select min no of CC (i.e move slider all the way to 1 side)

Suggestion: shift the table/ add mroe rows in the beginning of each table.
i.e. lvl 1 0
lvl 2 5
lvl 3 18
lvl 4 48
lvl 5 113
lvl 6 252
lvl 7 543
lvl 8 1145

whr for lvl 2 rune u need min 5 CC. change the table to have some more combinations of cc+dust
Currently its takes too much gold to reach say 777-777 this will hopefully also recude gold needed.

For cc of 250 , for lvl 2 rune we can add 3 more row as below

Even if they change the factor by 12 my point will still be valid.
First row after update should not be 60 cc. If after update they r still maintaining the first row as 5 cc with cc price 1/12th then it would be great.
but if they increase the cc in each row by *12 like starting row 60 cc then its all the same as earlier no rrom for optimization. i.e lowest cc will give optimum in all cases.
