I don't think so. The skill from reinc/prog is what it is and I haven't seen a way it can be leveled (atleast not on p2p). Correct me if I'm wrong.

lord know, that would be so unbalanced it makes my stomach twist. Allods already not known for its balancing, but my lord if they made it so reinc skills could be r3? yikes.
I do not answer to mods, only official staff on payroll
