What happened to my charaters?

I have been gone away from the game for sometime now, and now my account is not recognized so I had to make a new account after trying to recover my account for over 30 minutes, Im kind of ticked, lots of time went into my charater...
What should I do?

Don't be alarmed. From what I understand, Allods has transferred over to new publishers and you can merge your old account simply by opening a ticket.

It is likely that there is more information available on the forums around here somewhere if you look.

What account are you talking about ?
Was it an account when gPotato ran the game ?

All EU servers got merged with NA servers in march 2014, when Mail.ru/My.com B.V. get the game back from gPotato/Webzen.

If you haven't done it yet, you'll have to transfer your old Allods' gPotato/Webzen account to a new My.Com account in order to get you characters back. It may take a while, as it requires sending a request to Customer Support :

There is now 2 servers :
- New Frontier is the historical F2P server, with an ingame Cash Shop.
- Smugglers Paradise is a relatively new server (october 2013) with a subscription (1000 cristals/30 days), and it is free since 3 months now, until my.com add some new payment methods. You'll find all infos about this server here.
