The My Tickets Tab and Submit Ticket function is working fine for me.
Could you please take a screenshot of the problem for me?

It appears to be working now, but when I created this thread I was getting an error about "no route" or something to that effect.

Yes, there was a intermittent fault that only showed up on occasion.
We found the problem and fixed it last night :)
