is there a comprehensive game-guide?

This has got to be one of the most difficult websites I have ever tried to navigate, and I have played a lot of games...lots of page links are just not there for quickly moving around on the pages and there is NO account link at the top of any pages except the forum page. I just "topped off" my account and have NO idea why the crystals I bought do not allow me to access and pay for a subscription. I will look into changing them from the blue crystals to the purple and see if that helps. Actually when I bought them, the icon showed a diamond-shaped gem, so I am really not sure if I bought the right item. I guess it's the right one because it's all I could buy.

I cannot tell what happens to the shop IF you subscribe: do ALL the items disappear or just the "leveling items? If the shop goes away completely, then are the missing items available from vendors and what happens to the leveling curve on a subscriber server? Is it better leveling without the scrolls?

Switching back and forth between accounts is unclear; I still don't know if my "gems" apply to all accounts or just one.

I'm struggling here and trying to see what's available; just not having much luck.

A lot of this information would help me recruit my guildies back into the game, but I really can't tell them too much about what has changed and IF the game is still horribly pay-to-level...but I am going to try to recommend it to them.

Theres a 2nd 'Subscribtion-server' ... If u would care about what ure doing atm instead of just clicking anywhere or throwing ure money away u wouldnt need a guide too.

Keep your blue crystals ! If you change it to violet, you will only be able to use them on New Frontier (F2P server).
If you want to pay for your subscription, you have to follow those steps :
- log in to this page : http://fr.allods.com/
- buy some crystals (minimum 1000cr to pay for a month subscription)
- go to the subscription page : http://en.allods.com/subscription

There is two different servers :
- New Frontier is the historical F2P server, where you can buy item in the boutique, with crystals
- Smugglers Paradise is the P2P server (with subscription), where there is no boutique at all (FAQ)

We are aware that the official site is lacking some informations and quick links to essential informations, and the admin team is working on it

The P2P server makes a big sound, but they're smaller than anyone thinks. They may have a sum total of 40 actives, but across several time zones and likely becoming more discouraged by the day. It's a very toxic environment for playing in.
