will it? as for now astral-green was always crappy and crafted / reputation / blue/purple levelgear were better
but if it will be hard to get i hope it will be worth

65 and 66 like when level 51 was max the level 52 gear or completely new sets for level 65 and 66?

no, there will be 3 "grades" of sectors in each layer, 1st one (completable with mercs) will give 65 gear, second one will give 66 and third one will give x2 loot for 66 upgrades

will be item that can "reinforce" gear from 65 to 66
