My character is invisible as well as other characters

When I logged in the game I can not see my character as well as the other characters

so what is the problem

Hello,

What is your antivirus ? If you have Avast antivirus, it's a known bug issue, for your character. You need to remove Avast, and choose another antivirus.

The strange thing is other chars that seems to be transparent.
Did you finish to download the whole client ? There is an indicator ingame about that, near the "fps" indicator, and "lag" indicator (top right of the interface, around the minimap).

Try to update your graphic drivers ?

Which launcher do you use ? The My.Game launcher, or the Allods launcher (in Allods/bin folder) ?
