Can I separate stacks?

Like if I got 100 of item and I wanna separate it two stacks 50 each!

Yes, you can separate stacks:
1. Alt+ left click into empty space. From there you can input the amount you wish.
2. Ctrl(Strg)+ left click into empty space. This will cut your items in half.
3. Shift+ left click into empty space. This remove by one.

I don't know what STRG is...but yes, shift works.

The commands are:

Hold ALT and drag the mouse to another open slot
Hold SHIFT and drag the mouse to another open slot
Hold CTRL and drag the mouse to another open slot
