Sorry i cant provide any precise insight, since i just heard this yday from our domigrp member, anyhow he seemed to know this by fact.

Number of points depends on round, your position and enemy position and maybe something more.

I am almost sure you can find this on russian forum but it will take some time.

This kind of information might be somewhere on RU forums, they really like to do the math for everything.

Let's first attack on the second.
The base Revard second = 265
