The problem is, as far as i remember, the status of account should be "inactive" and not "Status:active till 19-03-2015 20:08"

And yes, i topped up. And yes i have crystals. And yes, i tried every possible way.

Is there a point of opening tickets? no answer since yesterday and i doubt there will be an answer during the weekend (it's already 5:32 PM in moscow...)

The issue was reported directly to the support team, and we are waiting for a fix.
We can't help much more for the moment :/.

EDIT : you can't play, or your subscription is still active, and you can't subscribe more time ?

ran out yesterday @ 12:40pm I purchased 1000 more crystals to sub for 30 days and I cannot sub.

Gladia,

We can't pay for subscription.
We have sufficient crystals, checked on f2p characters (topped up 1600, didn't work, then bought ingame 100 with gold, to see if with different ammount of crystals would update the database or whatever, 1700 crystals same result) .



Everytime i try to pay subscription, i get this message.

On a small side note. I think someone already refered to this.

If by any chance a new player goes for subscription option only, there is no way at the moment for that player to check the top-ups, transactions, etc.

He must have a f2p char, not sure if he needs to be at least level 10 to access boutique, and then can check the crystals.

Now if he has his account full of p2p characters, it's impossible for him to check it out, unless he deletes one.

Where are my crystals ?

Hi to all, I have a really big problems. I just wanna start P2P server, bought 1.600 crystal, but when I click on the subscripcion for 60 days, says that I don't have any Crystals I have to purchase more. How is that possible? Send tickets, and Inbox to Moderators and anyone haves a answer.

Can somebody tell me what should I Do ? I don't have any character FYI

If I'm not mistaken...
This game forces you to get a character out of the initial leveling zone, so level 4 on the free to play server before you can actually subscribe on the p2p server.
So that could be your issue.




By the way...this is one of the silliest things ever my.com. Please remove it.

So, it's nothing to do to make fix this issue faster, and we can only count on our customer support... I hope this guys understand how important to all p2p players to get access to p2p server.

To Game Masters: guys, may be it's sounds weird, but may be it would be possible to make free access to p2p server while it's impossible to activate subscription? I think most players will agree with me... What do you think? It would be fair for all p2p players who like this game and still wanna play... Please, thinking about it..
