How am I supposed to get luck now? asked around ingame and they told me Raids or cash shop elixir.
Yeah right..

How? my base stat is 5, playing a reinc with stat points from cash shop and I cant do anything. Is it true raids or cash shop?

Luck is on Draconic gear now.
If it's not BG draco, then it's raid draco.

There may be some alchemy potions ? I didn't check yet.

Why would they do that? doesnt really make sense to me. Havent tried with alch pot but im sure it wont work.

I still have Kirah patch draconic and it has luck. I think it is only 2 or 4 though lol

You are not dependent on these heavy luck builds now. Falling from ~65%(+x2 Rubies) Crit to 5% didn't hurt as much as I thought. Overall playing is improved with the new stat-system, imho (atleast that is how it feels on my summy, haven't played other chars, yet)

Yes, relics give luck now. You can also get Luck elixirs which give +9 from the Item Shop. You can see all the Luck values in this table: http://allodsoracle.com/5-0-draconic-rel…mparison-table/

There is also a set of relics from the Battleground vendors that give Anger, for PvP.
