Wandering Isle, finding Nihaz

I'm level 52 right now and whenever I try to use the boat to head to Wandering Isle, it says cannot do that right now. According to what I read, I can get a quest to go to wandering isle from some guy name Nihaz. Problem is I don't know where he is. Any idea how to get to him?

Do I have to to the cavern quest?

Hello,

You'll have a quest to talk to Nihaz, if you don't have it right now, it means you did not finish all the previous quest line.
Did you finish Frontier (the zone after Isle of Revelation/Twilight/Revelation again) ? The zone where you have to go through a Ancient Portal at the end.

PS : What is "Cavern quest" for you ? Tka Rik ? Or the one with Faceworms in it ?
