Can't accept terms and conditions

I think the title says it all

... I just installed the game but when I started it I cant click on ''accept'' or ''cancel'' or even scroll down through the T&C. I dont think is because of my laptop cuz I bought it couple months ago ( Intel core I5 2.7GHZ RAM6, Invidia GeForce 4GB) I am really confused so if someone can help ?

EDIT : you can change if you want your usermane on the forum (instead of your email):
go there : http://en.allods.com/user and click on "Edit" tab. Log off and on again after that.
