Loyality / Kirah / 44 lvl / wourld mysteri quest issues

im stuck on here, i kill the 3 guards and get into the green water (or whatever it is) and cant take dragons hearth.
im lvl 53 and i cant continue untill i finish this WM qw
i contact supp and they didnt reply.. 5 days passed allready
any help? :P :?:

I don't know what quest you are talking about but only waiting 5 days for your ticket to be answered is unheard of.
Most of my tickets I have sent have taken 29 to 30 days to get answered. I just had one answered if you wanna call it answered (didnt touch what I needed help with at all) took 10 days which was a first.

Be prepared though...They might either tell you that it is working as intended or not know what the hell you are talking about and treat you like you are stupid. So even if they do answer your ticket in x amount of day you might have to wait x amount more days to actually get a real answer.

EDIT : Oh, I understand what you are talking about.
There's a very tiny spot where you can loot the dragon heart, just move around that spot until the Z action key appear.

Is it the first time you are trying to do this quest ?
Are you an old time player returning after a while ? We had another player that had this bug, and he was a returning player.

As Gladia said, the spot is small - try that first. I'm not sure in which situation you are exactly - have you taken the heart once already and trying for the second or are you getting the first...

You have to turn in the first heart in order to pick another. If I'm not too mistaken, you need a specific buff from the npc that gives the quest (on League side it's the elf guy on the ship). I had troubles with my incarn that I couldn't pick the heart when I hadn't that buff asked from the npc. Then I had to kill the fire elemental guards (like you have done) and go to the spot to pick the heart.

well i didnt play for long and i have this qw finished on other acc , im 10 lvls above kirah so i think i done first quest for dragons heath but i dont know where to get the buff on empire.. i searched all and i still cant get, i only got defensive amulet from Yasker , but that is not for cave... plzhelp me brothers

Hello,

I just know that this player (returning player that had already done this quest a few months/years ago) had to contact the support team for this bug.
He never said how he fixed it, so i guess they unblock the quest manually.

Please send me a PM with your ticket ID (check this page : http://support.my.com/games/tickets/ ), I'll give it to a Community Manager tomorrow.
