Forum not working so good for me

My account seems bugged on the forum, cant login : /

Forum log in problems

Seems that some players have issue with the account. Even after transfer and making my.com account, when they open forums they can't log in and can view the forums only as guests.

I checked the help section, it seems that for some reason, new portal isn't showing the options needed for forum account creation and editing.

Hope this will be fixed today.

Problem still exists

Anyone got feedback on this? Support didn't inform me of any news and I still can't log in on forums.
