Hi ,,
me and my friends came to the server and play it days ago ,,
but something weird is happening ,,, everyday they got crystals from mail except me ;( ;( ;( ;(
NOTE: i created the account 1year and 1month ago ,, but i started playing these days ,, and their accounts created days ago ,,,
another thing , i deleted my old char when i get back (Spayso) and created another one b'cuz everybody know me as Spayco, the old char was level 9 i think
is there any hope to get crystals too ?
IGN : Spayco ^_^

now i see the picture you added, i remember there was something like this looooong time before, i was relatively new to allods at this time
but i dont remember how much it was, i only remember i upgraded my runes to level 2/3 with that ^^

There's no matter is your account old or new. You get that gift envelope every time you level your character to a full 10s.. meaning level 10, level 20, level 30, level 40 etc... each time you get premium crystals worth of that level. I got one of my incarnation to level 50 today and got 50 premium crystals in mail. Yesterday I leveled another incarnation to 30 and got 30 premium crystals in mail. I don't know how long this "event" will last but I think it is a treat with the new patch.

I keep getting this premium crystal gifts but I am not sure why. Is there something that triggers it so I receive it in mail? They always say for developing your character. But in what manner? Level? Reputation? What.

I do not agree by what it was said above. I am level 21 and recieved the gift. So it has nothing to do with levels. After all, I was level 21 and a half when i got it. In that moment, i got my reputation to max.

I haven't noticed any effect with maxing reputation. All I've noticed, I get the price every time I hit a full 10... except level 60 gives 50 premium crystals just like level 50. On 1 occasion, the mail took longer to appear and I had leveled further in that time but on every other case, I've got them whenever any of my toons have hit 20, 30, 40 etc.

I may be wrong, but that's what I've observed with my own toons and my friend has also confirmed the same to me. For us at least it has had nothing to do with reputation points nor any other more obvious reason than the levels.

i got on my new reinc on 10,15,20,25,30, etc. Is an old account too but i think it's just new bonus to keep new players more interested, is a nice feature :thumbup:
