How to make Astralships more interesting + usable for everyone

if it would be possible to contral an astralship properly as a single player this aspect of the game maybe would become much more interesting for the majority of players
i have written with so many players and everyone was like "astralships are cool but its hard alone, and ppl who do this properly are hard to find and if i need them they have other things to do"
i totally agree with that
you CAN sail in astral SOMEHOW alone but everything takes much longer + its not possible to properly clear either pve nor pvp content this way

imagine the panel of an astralship would look similar to the interface you have for controlling you char, with all the available skills... :love:

i think much more playes would sail to astral this way

another problem is the whole system of "gearing" a ship
its better now that transformationcrystals are available from negotiant etc but still, its hard to get an overview and know what part is good for, how they work etc
an menu like we have when looking at the gear of the char would make this a LOT easier

still now since you have multiple human enemies in the multiplayer game, even if you dont party up

the arena for testing shipparts was a nice idea, did any1 used it yet?

im a bit confused about this ship-content, its a nice and stylisch idea, good for nice screenshots but i dont use shipcontrol and drive with map and i always think "how dump 1 must be to play this 86amigastyleastralshit?"

shippvp IS fun but imo ships are just a good looking mess, to much limitations just to prevent goldfarming :thumbdown:

i guess they recognized that this content isnt allods cashcow thats why they make it easyier to play without Y

the hole cockpitdesign is totally wack coz u see nothing. ALL real ships have line of sight just for allods u need an addon m(

biggest problem i would say is need for ts or communication in general -.-

would veryveryvery like to be able to drive my loved schiffi alone in a more comfortable way jes, i dont feel like a captain on my own ship coz i have to run way to much!

with a new design of shipcontrols, this could be realy good content coz driving throught something and shooting is very popular since mariocart?, i would suggest something with blue controllights... but the current status is just a big dump, i only liked monsterhöhle and AMI

PLS make Tekians playable race. fix shipcanons!
