I got an answer

Okay so I got an answer .. from the support team .. and they asked me what would I like to do .. But they didn't include the way they want me to reply to them and in most games .. " and I am including this one " .. if you E-mail the support back .. they actually trash it .. and the ticket toke them around 4 days to answer since they have so many .. so I am not about to send one .. So I would really like someone to explain to me .. If you can on how am I suppose to answer them .. "Which way suits you best?" <-- what they wrote
